ANDROID:  "Something went wrong!" error when trying to encode a selftape

Status: Under Investigation 

Updated: Mar 31, 2024

We are aware of an issue affecting encoding on Android. We believe the issue is limited to Samsung Galaxy Ultra devices running the most recent Android Version 14 (released around Feb 10, 2024). Samsung devices other than the Galaxy Ultra models should not be affected. Please use the Support Form below to let us know if other Android devices are affected by this issue.
