ANDROID: Update from Version 584 to 585/586
We released an update to My Selftape App for Android on or after November 6, 2020. This may result in already recorded video files being lost.

ANDROID: APP FROZEN ON OPENING SCREEN
This issue can happen after the update from Version 0.0.0.584. It is caused by incompatibility with the file migration process. To correct this issue CLICK HERE and follow the instructions in the blue box.
ANDROID/iOS: STUCK ON "WAITING FOR SERVER CONFIRMATION"
We have received a small amount of reports where devices randomly get stuck on "Waiting For Server Confirmation" during encoding and/or the upload fails. We are currently looking into the issue.
YOUR HELP IS REQUIRED: If you experience this issue, it would be helpful if you report it to us using THIS FORM.
Temporary Solution: Completely close the App (do not just put it into the background). Re-open and try again. If Tickets are lost during this process, please contact us via the Support Request Form below.
ANDROID: RECORDING ISSUE (CAMERA CLOSING)
This issue has been resolved for the vast majority of devices in version 0.0.0.577 released on Oct 30, 2019.
