ANDROID/iOS: Download Link Email Not Received
We have received some of reports regarding Download Link Emails not being received. Most notably with Gmail addresses. In each case, they were received, they were just in the Junk Folder. If you did not receive your Download Link Email, please check your Junk Folder and mark it as Not Junk/Spam. If it is not there, please contact us using the form below before trying to resend your selftape. Alternately, once a selftape has been encoded and sent, you will have the option to export the selftape to your device via the "My Selftapes" tab inside the project.
ANDROID/iOS: STUCK ON "WAITING FOR SERVER CONFIRMATION"
We have received a small amount of reports where devices randomly get stuck on "Waiting For Server Confirmation" during encoding and/or the upload fails. We are currently looking into the issue.
YOUR HELP IS REQUIRED: If you experience this issue, it would be helpful if you report it to us using THIS FORM.
Temporary Solution: Completely close the App (do not just put it into the background). Re-open and try again. If Tickets are lost during this process, please contact us via the Support Request Form below.
