ANDROID BLANK RECIPIENTS/SUBJECT

We are aware of an issue where some selftapes sent by ANDROID USERS will have a blank To Field and Subject Line. This results in your selftape not being sent to the recipients.

TEMPORARY RESOLUTION: Please check your That's A Wrap Email (sent to the profile email). If the recipients and subject lines are blank, forward your copy of the Download Link Email to the intended recipients. 

YOUR HELP IS NEEDED: If you experience this issue please contact us at info@myselftapeapp.com. We are currently investigating the cause and user feedback assists us in finding a resolution.

This issue was resolved in version 0.0.0.577 launched on Oct 30, 2019.
